Şirketimizin
Ayvalık’taki üretim yerinde çalışmak üzere, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
standartlarında, formülasyon ve üretim şemasına uygun kozmetik ürün üretme,
üretim raporlaması ve kayıtların tutulması işlemlerini yerine getirecek, Üretim
Müdürü’ne bağlı olarak ve yakın irtibat halinde Üretim Sorumlusu olarak görev
yürütecektir.
Sorumlulukları
·Üretim alanının,
makinelerin ve kapların temizliğinin sağlanması
·GMP
standartlarında üretim şemasına bağlı kalarak üretim yapmak
·Hassas terazi ile
hammaddeleri tartarak muntazam şekilde ürün formülasyonunu tamamlamak
·Üretim işleminin
kaydının tutulması ve Üretim Müdürü’ne iletilmesi
·Üretim alanı,
makine ve kullanılan malzemelerin temizliğinin sağlanması
Nitelikler
·Tercihen meslek

Şirketimizin
Ayvalık’taki üretim yerinde çalışmak üzere, GMP ve ISO süreçlerine üretim
düzeyinde hakim olarak, üretim faaliyetlerinin planlamaya ve talimatlara uygun
yürütülmesi için gerekli hazırlık, organizasyon, takip ve kontrolünü yapıp
rutin olarak raporlayarak Üretim Müdürü olarak görev yürütecektir.
Sorumlulukları
·Üretimi yapılacak
ürünlerin reçeteleri, ürün hammadde uygunluğu gibi girdileri rutin olarak
kontrol ederek gerekli değişiklik ve geliştirmeler için ilgili departmanlar ile
işbirliği içerisinde olunması
·Üretim
faaliyetinde kullanılan teknik ekipman v.b malzemelerin kurallarına uygun
kullanılması, işlerlik ve sürekli hijyenik kalması için gerekli takip kontrol
ve yönetimin yapılması
·Müşteri
memnuniyeti odaklı kalite hedeflerinin ISO ve GMP standart gerekleri
doğrultusunda üretime dahil edilmesi için gerekli takip, kontrol, analiz ve
değerlendirmeyi rutin olarak yapıp gerekli iyileştirmelerin üretim faaliyetine
katılmasını sağlanması
·İş Sağlığı ve
Güvenliği ile ilgili mükemmellik hedeflerine ulaşılması amacıyla, kişisel
koruyucu ekipmanlarının eksiksiz bir biçimde kullanılmasının sağlanması, hijyen
kurallarına bağlı çalışılması, üretim alanında giyilmesi zorunlu olan
kıyafetlerin temizliğinin düzenli bir biçimde gerçekleştirilmesinin kontrol ve
takip edilmesi
·Üretim sonrasında
partilerin doğru adette stoğa girişinin yapılması
·Verimlilik,
üretim kalitesi v.b. alanlarda sürekli gelişim için yenilikçi öneriler

Misbahçe is

looking for an experienced social media expert to grow the Misbahçe community
on all social and digital platforms; including Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
You will be responsible for creating original text as well as picture and video
content with photogaphers and agencies, managing posts, and responding to
followers. You will manage our company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our
marketing goals. This is strategic writing opportunity, owning a content
creation process for both our global and local reach, supporting brand
initiatives, and creating content to power demand generation and digital
marketing activities.

manager is responsible for bringing the Misbahçe brand to life online.
Our ideal
candidate is extremely passionate about beauty and has massive experience
creating brand-related social content to strategically drive consideration,
engagement, sales, and loyalty. You’ll work with the Global Marketing Manager,
right across company including Marketing, Sales and Production to find those
nuggets of information that truly do tell our story of what we’re doing to
improve our products and customer experience, applying a "voice” to those
stories, synthesizing them into the relevant media, and out into the
appropriate channels, owning the content calendar to keep the drum beating on
placement and timing. We’ll need you to act strategically and thoughtfully
about your new content, as well as casting a clean pair of eyes over current content.
Reporting to the
Global Marketing Manager, working close with Digital Marketing Manager and
Assistant Brand Manager, you will be a highly collaborative team player with a
strong digital mindset and commercially driven to lead development milestones
and deliver content on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
·Become a Misbahçe
Skincare expert and share your love for the brand with the Misbahçe community
·Create and manage
the editorial calendar according to goals and marketing initiatives
·Develop
relationships and nurture the Misbahçe community with customers, influencers
and key brand partnerships
·Develop and
maintain relationship with media influencers, influencer platforms and key
bloggers/vloggers
·Design and
implement social media strategy to align with business goals
·Collaborate with
other team members (marketing, sales and customer service) to ensure brand
consistency
·Provide customer
service and two-way dialogue over social channels
·Create and
produce branded video content (insta stories etc)
·Develop and
implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns
·Create engaging
multimedia content i.e. product demos, tutorials, etc.
·Communicate with
followers, respond to queries in a timely manner (in max half an hour) and
monitor customer reviews
·Stay on top of
current social trends and competitor's campaigns

Marketing & Sales Specialist
We are looking for
a high-impact Marketing & Sales Specialist to support the development of
sales of Misbahçe. Marketing & Sales Specialist is a unique opportunity to
grow in a fast-paced & constantly evolving environment. You will report directly
to the E-commerce Manager to assist the team in developing Misbahçe’s presence
online and at retail sales. You will be exposed to the Turkish market. This
position is based in Istanbul.
Responsibilities
Support marketing
strategy implementation
· Assist the Brand
Manager & E-commerce Manager in the development of Misbahçe marketing tools
to implement the regional strategy (Activity plan, Online campaigns, Launch
platforms, retailer catalogues...)
· Collect and
share with the team launch tools: lab samples, visual needs and guidelines, 360
tools
· To support the
development of Misbahçe’s voice and personality
· Completion of
weekly sales report, monthly activity and evaluation reports
Assist marketing
projects
· Work closely
with the marketing team to roll out Marketing Plans for our e-commerce, key retailers and pharmacies
· Liaise with
sales team to gain feedback and ensure marketing tools are used effectively
· Be the Brand
Guardian, ensuring all customer touch-points are luxury and meet brand
guidelines
· Evaluate and
analyze activation events to make recommendation for continual improvement and
feedback to the business
· Support social
media activities
· Develop, manage
and scale existing and new customer loyalty and subscription strategies and
initiatives to retain key customer segments.
Assist sale
projects
· Implement
campaigns and visuals into our online
platforms
· Export data from
our online platforms to evaluate and prepare reports
· Work together
with Customer Service & Beauty Coach to increase sales indirectly by
excellent customer service
Participate in
events
· Support Managing
Partner in the organization on the workshops.
· Support sales
team in trunkshows and festivals.
